- Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message or email from our team.
- 2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment gateways.
- Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup time may incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup or for no-shows.
- Waiting Time and Delays
- Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is provided at the pickup location.
- Additional waiting time will be charged as per our standard hourly rate.
- Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must ensure all personal belongings are collected at the end of the journey. We are not responsible for any lost items.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.
- Vehicle Use
- Vehicles are strictly for the use of passengers booked. Unauthorized use or exceeding passenger limits is not permitted.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
- Service Limitations
- While we strive to maintain timely service, Opulent Motion Luxury Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Modifications to Service
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class in case of unavailability.
- Rates, services, and terms may change without prior notice; the most recent version will always be available on our website.
- Privacy Policy
- All customer data is kept confidential and used solely for booking and service-related purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
