You can book through our online booking form and receive a response within 5 minutes. Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp for an instant reply from our 24/7 support team. Email bookings are also accepted—once you receive fare details, simply confirm your car and rate. You can also call us directly to inquire and confirm your booking.
There’s no need. All necessary ride information—including guest name, contact number, pickup and drop-off points—is automatically sent to your chauffeur via our dispatching system. However, for any changes, you’re welcome to call the chauffeur directly.
To know your chauffeur’s exact location, contact our office team. If your chauffeur doesn’t answer immediately, please don’t worry—our drivers are instructed not to take calls while driving for safety reasons.
In some areas of Dubai, chauffeurs are not permitted to park directly in front of hotels or shopping malls. In such cases, cars are usually parked in the basement or rear parking areas. Our support team will guide you to your driver’s exact location if needed.
Yes, during hourly bookings, if your trip needs to be extended, we’ll do our best to continue with the same chauffeur. If that’s not possible, we’ll seamlessly assign another driver for your journey.
With our full-day 10-hour package, you can cover up to 200 km within Dubai. Travel to other Emirates is also available at slightly higher rates, based on the vehicle category.
For international clients, VAT is not applied to airport transfers or full-day bookings. Prices on our fleet page are final. However, for corporate UAE clients, a 5% VAT is applicable.
For form submissions, confirmation will be sent via email within 30 minutes, including the chauffeur’s contact details. WhatsApp bookings are confirmed once you receive the assigned driver's number. You may also call our 24/7 helpline to get your booking reference.
Once your booking is confirmed, your assigned driver will already have the full trip details. You may contact them directly for confirmation or to coordinate any last-minute changes.
You can modify or cancel your reservation anytime by reaching out to us via WhatsApp or our 24/7 office line. All requests are handled promptly.
If there’s a delay, please call your assigned driver or our support team. We will track the driver in real-time and assist you with an accurate update on their location.
