In some areas of Dubai, chauffeurs are not permitted to park directly in front of hotels or shopping malls. In such cases, cars are usually parked in the basement or rear parking areas. Our support team will guide you to your driver's exact location if needed.
Yes, during hourly bookings, if your trip needs to be extended, we'll do our best to continue with the same chauffeur. If that's not possible, we'll seamlessly assign another driver for your journey.
With our full-day 10-hour package, you can cover up to 200 km within Dubai. Travel to other Emirates is also available at slightly higher rates, based on the vehicle category.
For international clients, VAT is not applied to airport transfers or full-day bookings. Prices on our fleet page are final. However, for corporate UAE clients, a 5% VAT is applicable.
